Qatar has signed two separate air services agreements with Grenada and the Commonwealth of Dominica, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation in the field of air transport and expand Qatar Airways’ global network.
The Qatari capital, Doha, hosted the signing of an air services agreement between Qatar and Grenada. The agreement was signed by H.E. Mr. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti, Minister of Transport of the State of Qatar, and H.E. Mr. Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada. The agreement aims to open new horizons for civil aviation cooperation, enabling the operation of direct flights between the two countries and enhancing economic and tourism ties.
On the same day, the Qatari Minister of Transport also signed a similar agreement with the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica. This agreement further strengthens bilateral cooperation in air transport and promotes trade and tourism exchange, particularly in line with Qatar’s policy of fostering closer ties with Caribbean nations.
These agreements reflect Qatar’s commitment to building strategic partnerships in civil aviation and expanding Qatar Airways’ network to promising new markets around the world.
