The Spanish government introduced Law 14/2013, establishing the legal framework for obtaining Spanish residency through investment. This program is designed for non-EU nationals who invest a minimum of €500,000 in real estate or capital assets in Spain.

Qualified investors and their immediate family members are granted a Spanish residence visa, with the opportunity to progress to permanent residency and, eventually, Spanish citizenship.

Once residency is obtained, applicants become eligible for permanent residency after five years of continuous residence in Spain, and may apply for Spanish citizenship thereafter. The program allows family inclusion, offering a path to a secure and prosperous future in Europe.
