The timeline depends on the clarity of the documents, the explanation of the source of funds, and whether any additional questions arise during the review process.
The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment program starts with an application, handled by a government-approved agent such as Citizenship Bay. They take care of the paperwork and submit it on your behalf. Following submission, the government undertakes comprehensive due diligence and background checks. If your application receives approval in principle, you then proceed with the necessary investment, which is either a government contribution or a real estate purchase. Once the investment is verified, citizenship is granted, and you receive your passport. The whole process usually takes between 4 to 5 months, providing a quick and dependable path to citizenship for you and your family.
The Citizenship by Investment program allows you to get a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport in exchange for a minimum investment of USD 250,000 donation to the Sustainable Island State Contribution or Public Benefit Option or a USD 325,000 real estate investment.
A main applicant may include the following family members as dependents in their application: - The spouse of the main applicant; - Children aged under 25; - Children aged 18 or over who are physically or mentally challenged; - Parents of the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant aged 55 or over, living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
Once your application is approved under the Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, you will be granted citizenship. You can then apply for your St. Kitts and Nevis passport as official proof of your newly acquired citizenship.
